Our initial meeting and advice is free. We believe that clients should be able to discuss their needs and objectives safe in the knowledge that the initial advice and recommendations are without charge. We provide, in writing, a full explanation of costs that apply. We understand that every client is different, and our financial planning approach is tailored to reflect this. Until a thorough understanding of our client's requirements are identified we do not proceed to the next stage.
With that knowledge, we can identify the products that will enable our clients to achieve their goals, delivered by an entirely personal service. We then prepare and analyse recommendations, assessing benefits against cost. Our final proposals are well researched and constructed on the basis of what's best for our clients and nobody else. And, of course, we are prepared to work alongside our clients' accountants and solicitors.
Our years of expertise have enabled us to establish a process where we are able to move quickly, particularly where sales are involved and speed is crucial. Where a successful bid has been made on a property we will contact the selling agents (usually the same day) to reassure them of your ability to secure a Mortgage.
